About Brock
Coaching you through hard times and celebrating your parenting wins!
I'm Brock Hudson (they/them), a queer, non-binary, neurocomplex mama, parent coach, youth development leader, and family consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, parents, caregivers, and communities. My work is deeply informed by both my professional experience and my lived experience as a neurodivergent parent raising a neurodivergent child.
Through my work as a parenting coach, neurodiversity consultant, mentor, trainer, and facilitator, I've had the privilege of supporting families through some of their most challenging and transformative moments. I specialize in working with parents of neurodivergent children and teens, including those navigating ADHD, autism, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), anxiety, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation differences, school struggles, and family conflict.
My coaching is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relationship-centered. I believe that behavior is communication and that lasting change happens through connection rather than compliance. Together, we explore practical strategies that strengthen relationships, support co-regulation, reduce family stress, and help parents feel more confident and aligned with their values.
I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA2S+ families, queer and trans parents, gender-expansive youth, gender-creative children, and caregivers seeking affirming guidance as they support their child's identity and development. My practice is rooted in the belief that every child deserves to be understood, respected, and supported for who they are.
In addition to parent coaching, I provide training, facilitation, and consulting services for schools, nonprofits, youth-serving organizations, and community groups. Drawing on decades of experience in youth development, leadership development, and staff training,
I help organizations create more inclusive, relationship-centered, and neuroaffirming environments for children, families, and the professionals who support them.
Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, supporting a struggling child, strengthening family relationships, exploring your child's neurodivergence, seeking support around gender identity, or looking for guidance through a difficult season, you don't have to do it alone.
I believe that when parents feel supported, empowered, and connected, families flourish. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that help your family move from overwhelm to connection, resilience, and joy.
I would be honored to support you on your journey.
